Description of welding column boom:
- Welding column boom is part of the automatic welding center comprised together with welding power,flux recovery system & welding rotator.
- The movement of the boom is adopted with frequency conversion control. PLC programming controller is optional.
- Automatic flux feeding, recovering devices, wire feeder device, working platform and chair are optional as per demanding.
- Different structure used for various application, including stationary without travel on the rail function, column stationary without rotatable function and others customized as per requirement.
- The applied industries include boiler, pressure vessel, petro-chemical machinery and so on, for welding of inner and outer longitudinal seams and circumferential seams.
